All university members receive a personal license (named user license) as part of the ESRI campus license via the ArcGIS Online Portal, which can also be used on private devices!
To use ArcGIS Pro, you need an Internet connection for authorization.
How do you get access to ArcGIS Pro?
1. Copy the ArcGIS-Pro installation files from: S:\GeoSoftware\ArcGIS\edu_licenses\open\ArcGIS Pro\ to your computer and launch the installation files. (alternatively, you can download the latest version via your ArcGIS Online account. You can find it under "<your profile name>" under -->My Settings -->Licenses -->Licensed Products -->ArcGIS Pro _ Download ArcGIS Pro. )
2. Licensing with the “Named User License”
When you start ArcGIS Pro for the first time, an ArcGIS login window opens. There, click on "URL of your ArcGIS organization" or "Your ArcGIS organization's URL" and add "hnee" and activate "Save this URL" or "Remember this URL". Log in with your HNE login name (e.g. abc123) and add “@hnee.de” and use your HNE password!
Please note:
